Where are my workouts kept?
Without an account, only on your phone. With an account, we also keep a copy, so you don't lose them when you change phones: sign in with the same account and they come back.
The whiteboard photo wasn't read
The photo stays attached even if it couldn't be read. Check your internet connection, re-attach it in a minute, or type the workout in yourself. If you'd rather your photos weren't read, turn it off in Settings → Transcription.
When can I get BoxLog?
BoxLog is in testing, by invitation. Follow us on Instagram and you will be among the first to know when it arrives.
How do I delete my account?
In Settings → Account → Delete account. It deletes the account, everything we keep for it, and what that phone holds. It can't be undone.
